 Tips to have a healthy lifestyle.

In this era, Everyone wants success at any cost they will do anything to get it but that success means nothing if you are not well physically or mentally. We know that to survive in this world we have to be successful in any field and we think that success comes with a sacrifice but people generally misunderstood the meaning of sacrifice here they think it means to give up on healthy lifestyle and working continuously,this is not true you need to be healthy for achieving success. There is one saying that " people generally make money until the age of 55 and ignore the health of themselves and then they spend that money to make their health good up till the age of 65". So here are some tips to make your health good.

  • replace saturated fats with unsaturated fats.
  • eat plenty of green vegetables.
  • exercise daily for a minimum of 45 minutes.
  • eat plenty of water.
  • reduce salt and sugar amount in your food.
  • maintain a healthy diet that includes all the nutrients that means a healthy diet.
  • maintain proper body weight.
  • do meditation daily it calms your body and soul.
  • read books regularly.
  • When we eat, we aren’t just eating for ourselves — we are eating for the bacteria in our gut too. In order for the good bacteria to flourish, we need fermentable fiber, which is food for the good gut bacteria.
  • Get your macro and micro nutrition for good metabolism.
  • walk/run barefoot. There are many benefits of barefoot walking/running, from better posture, less stress for your feet, less stress for your joints, etc.
  • remove the negativity from your life. more negativity generates depression and we know it is not good for health.
  • Live a purposeful life. positive health starts from within! Are you living a life of meaning? Are you living in line with your purpose? Since I started living my purpose, I’ve never been happier. 
  • Cut down deep fried food.
  • Don't drink alcohol.
  • Go Organic. Organic foods are foods produced without synthetic inputs such as pesticides and chemical fertilizers, do not contain genetically modified organisms, and are not processed using irradiation, industrial solvents, or chemical food additives. (Wiki)
  • Learn to say no. Do not eat just because you’re out with friends or because other people offer you food. Simply say no and say you’re not hungry if you don’t feel like eating.


Here are some genuine tips to follow to have a good healthy lifestyle. Try to imply this in your life and this will make your life good and healthy.
